For more than 23 years, I have had the honor of serving the City of Huntington Park, beginning my career as a Police Cadet and working alongside some of the finest law enforcement professionals. Throughout my career, one principle has remained constant: our responsibility to serve and protect our community with integrity, compassion, professionalism, and respect.
The dedicated men and women of the Huntington Park Police Department take great pride in the trust placed in us by our community. Every day, our sworn and professional staff work tirelessly to protect lives, safeguard property, prevent crime, and enhance the quality of life for our residents, businesses, and visitors. We recognize that wearing the badge is not simply a profession, but a privilege that carries tremendous responsibility and an unwavering commitment to public service.
We firmly believe that public safety is a shared responsibility. Through community-oriented policing, proactive problem-solving, and meaningful partnerships, we strive to build lasting relationships founded on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. By working together, we can address neighborhood concerns, reduce crime, and create a safer, stronger, and more vibrant Huntington Park for everyone.
As your Police Captain, I am committed to building upon our Department’s proud traditions while embracing innovation, professional development, accountability, and continuous improvement. Equally important is ensuring that our personnel have the leadership, training, and resources necessary to serve our community with excellence.
