General Plan

California state law requires every city and county to prepare a comprehensive, long-term plan to guide its future, known as the General Plan. The General Plan has been called the “blueprint for future development”, because it contains goals and policies necessary to guide public policy for future land uses.

The City of Huntington Pak is preparing a focused update to the City’s General Plan. All residents, business owners, and members of the community are invited to visit to learn more about the focused General Plan update process. Participate in shaping the vision for the future of Huntington Park!
